Question: What Attractions are included in Day Camp?

Answer: Your Camper will have access to ALL of our attractions while at camp; however, certain age groups and height restrictions do apply. Campers will move through stations with a dedicated Referee and/or Camp Counselor

Question: What does a normal day of Rebounderz Camp look like?

Question: What are the age requirements for Campers?

Answer: Campers must be a minimum of 5 years old. We allow Campers up to age 12; however, we may consider exceptions for 13 and 14 year olds.

Question: What should my Camper bring to Rebounderz Day Camp?

Answer: Campers should bring athletic shoes and athletic clothing.

Question: Can my Camper have their cell phone and/or wallet/Purse?

Answer: Yes, Campers may bring their electronic devices and wallets/purses; however, Rebounderz is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Campers will have the ability to leave their personal items in their designated room.

Question: Should my Camper bring additional money to Day Camp?

Answer: Rebounderz Day Camp covers every need a Camper may have; however, if you’re interested in allowing your child to play the Arcade Games or to purchase additional Cafe items, we recommend anywhere between $5 and $30.

Question: Does Rebounderz offer overnight Camps?

Answer: No, Rebounderz does not offer overnight Camps.

Question: If I drop my Camper off and don’t leave an approved contact for pickup and I experience traffic on my way to pick up my Camper, can I call and allow someone else to pick up my Camper?

Answer: No. Rebounderz will not release the Camper to anyone who is either

1) Not the individual who dropped off the Camper in the morning or

2) Has not been added to a list of approved guardians by the individual who dropped the Camper off at time of drop off.

Question: Are refunds permitted?

Answer: No. All sales are final. If an extenuating circumstance presents itself, Rebounderz management may in its sole discretion make situational considerations.

Question: If I’m late to pick up my child, will I be charged?

Answer: While we will offer some leniency for parents who may be 5 or 10 minutes late, Rebounderz will charge $30 per hour for the additional time your Camper remains in our care.

Question: Is my Camper required to have a waiver on file?

Answer: Yes – Every participant must have a valid Rebounderz Liability Waiver on file.

Rebounderz Camp Schedule

• 9:45AM to 10:15AM: Campers Check-In
• 10:15AM to 10:30AM: Group Meet N’ Greet, Staff Introduction, Warmup, Rules, and Day’s Schedule
• 10:30AM to 12:30PM: FUN! Activity Time on All of Our Attractions
• 11:30AM to 12:15PM: Rest Time – Provided Lunch and Socialization
• 12:15PM to 1PM: Organized Camp Games and Social Time
• 1:00PM to 4:00PM: MORE FUN! Activity Time On All of Our Attractions!
• 4PM to 5PM: Movie Time, Snacks, Day Camp Conclusion and Parent Pick Up
